  My coder is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on a number of websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

  Thanks for your posting. One other thing is the fact individual American states have their own laws of which affect house owners, which makes it very difficult for the the legislature to come up with a whole new set of rules concerning property foreclosures on people. The problem is that each state features own regulations which may interact in an undesirable manner in regards to foreclosure policies.
