One thing I'd like to say is always that before getting more computer memory, consider the machine in to which it will be installed. In the event the machine is actually running Windows XP, for instance, a memory limit is 3.25GB. Adding above this would basically constitute a waste. Make sure one's motherboard can handle an upgrade volume, as well. Great blog post.
