Thanks for your publication on this blog site. From my own personal experience, there are occassions when softening upward a photograph could provide the photo shooter with a little bit of an inventive flare. Often however, that soft blur isn't just what you had at heart and can quite often spoil an otherwise good photograph, especially if you intend on enlarging the item.
