One thing I have actually noticed is that often there are plenty of common myths regarding the banks intentions when talking about home foreclosure. One fairy tale in particular is the fact the bank needs to have your house. The lending company wants your money, not the house. They want the money they lent you together with interest. Preventing the bank will still only draw any foreclosed realization. Thanks for your article.
