  One thing I have actually noticed is the fact that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the finance institutions intentions whenever talking about property foreclosures. One fantasy in particular is the fact that the bank prefers to have your house. The financial institution wants your cash, not your property. They want the money they gave you having interest. Averting the bank is only going to draw some sort of foreclosed summary. Thanks for your write-up.
