As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations.

    I have seen lots of useful points on your web page about computers. However, I've the impression that notebooks are still less than powerful sufficiently to be a good selection if you frequently do things that require a great deal of power, like video editing. But for internet surfing, statement processing, and many other frequent computer functions they are fine, provided you cannot mind the small screen size. Thank you sharing your thinking.
