As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

This is a universal pain across organizations.

    Thanks for your posting. I also think that laptop computers have grown to be more and more popular currently, and now will often be the only sort of computer employed in a household. The reason is that at the same time they are becoming more and more inexpensive, their processing power is growing to the point where there're as powerful as pc's coming from just a few in years past.
