As product managers, we rely heavily on gathering data in order to make product and business-related decisions. But even with the best intentions at heart, many times our decision-making is affected by inherent biases and preconceived notions - not by empirical data.

    One thing I would really like to say is that often before obtaining more pc memory, have a look at the machine in which it is installed. Should the machine is usually running Windows XP, for instance, the memory threshold is 3.25GB. Applying more than this would easily constitute a waste. Make sure that one's mother board can handle the upgrade volume, as well. Interesting blog post.
